In general, BCS's concept has been well received by those in the Buffalo community who do not necessarily need their own private automobile but rather an alternative option for occasional trips and errands.

This is a GREAT idea . . . I will absolutely use car sharing. I am relatively new to Buffalo from Seattle, and used ZipCar out there for years. I don't own a car here right now, and would love to be able to avoid buying one.
